V12 Data names SVP of digital solutions

Doug MacDonald has been appointed V12 Data’s senior vice president of digital solutions.

MacDonald will be tasked with leading the Matawan company’s efforts to expand and evolve its digital audience solutions and build strategic engagements and partnerships within the digital audience marketplace.

“Doug is a well-known industry veteran, and his experience and strategic vision will add immense value as we continue to expand our people-based audience solutions into new markets and platforms,” said V12 Data CEO Anders Ekman. “As a strategic innovator in the digital media space, we are thrilled to welcome him to the team and are confident he will be a tremendous leader for us moving forward.”

He has more than 20 years’ experience developing an understanding of audience-based data solutions in media and advertising technology, the company said.

MacDonald previously served as vice president of business development at Deep Root Analytics, where he was responsible for driving the company’s core media analytics offering into the consumer and B2B advertising marketplace.
