Amboy Bank has some new leadership.

Robert Beni, of Hillsborough, will become senior vice president of commercial lending.

He has been with the Old Bridge-based company since 2009, and is responsible for commercial real estate lending for permanent and construction project financing.

Beni’s was one of three promotions announced Monday.

Tammara Feldman is the new vice president and service operations manager, and James Meicke was moved to vice president of commercial lending.

“All three individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their respective leadership roles, and I am pleased to announce their promotions,” said Chairman and President George Scharpf. “They have all played a key role in Amboy Bank’s success, and we are proud to have them as members of our team.”

Feldman, of Old Bridge, came to Amboy in 2005, and is responsible for Amboy’s deposit and loan operations department. She also serves as Loan Servicing/Retail Lending Committee chair of the New Jersey Bankers Association.
