Denholtz Associates, a real estate company, announced Tuesday it has completed $500,000 worth of capital improvements at its 54,600-square-foot office building in Bernardsville.
The two-story, Class A building is located at 150 Morristown Road. It has units ranging from 800 to 6,000 square feet. It’s within close proximity to Route 202, 24, 206 and Interstate 78 and 80.
Denholtz, along with architect J.A. Mihalik AIA, began the improvement project in the first quarter of 2017. It included walkway replacements and upgrades to the lobby. The lobby now features a media wall, healthy vending options, new lighting, new modern furniture and fixtures, new flooring, upgraded HVAC and a cafe and lounge seating area.
“Although 150 Morristown is currently 97 percent leased, we recognize that tenant needs are continually changing and aligning our spaces to meet these needs ensures we can continue to see high occupancy across our portfolio, in both the short and long-term,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz. “The completion of this renovation project speaks to our commitment to deploying capital to add value to our office spaces to ensure the continued success of our multi-tenant investment strategy.”
