mem property management expands in Somerset

A New Jersey property management company has expanded its Somerset office, it announced recently, to handle ongoing business growth.

The firm, mem property management, serves the central New Jersey market out of the Class A space at Somerset Executive Square.

“The expanded offices in Somerset enable us to better serve and support our growing portfolio of local homeowners associations, high-rise communities, condominium associations, townhomes and active adult communities,” Vice President Matthew K. Laderman, who runs the office, said in a prepared statement.

The firm, which is ranked on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., also has offices in Ridgefield Park, serving northern New Jersey, and Galloway, serving southern New Jersey.

“The investment in expanded Class A office space in Somerset demonstrates our continued commitment to providing our valued customers in central New Jersey with outstanding customer service and support,” founder and CEO Martin Laderman said in a statement.
