The acquisition deal resulted from a longstanding relationship between the firms, the two businesses said in a news release.
“Ash and Zenith are two like-minded, growth-oriented organizations, and we believe our combined reputations will make us a formidable influence in the industry,” Mike Gorlick, Zenith Marketing Group’s CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “With access to Ash’s enhanced resources, our advisers and employees will see greater opportunities and be in a better position for the future. In this case, one plus one clearly equals three.”
The deal is expected to be finalized March 31. Zenith Marketing Group will continue to operate under its current name, management and structure.
