Newmark Knight Frank announced Friday it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for buildings on Interpace Parkway in Parsippany.

NKF was awarded the spaces from the owners of the property, a joint venture between Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners.

David Simson, vice chairman; Jamie Drummond, senior managing director; and Andrew Perrotti, associate director, will carry out the transactions.

The property at 369, 379, 389 and 399 Interpace Parkway comprise two five-story buildings designed by HLW Architects. The buildings, which total more than 700,000 square feet, can have tenants from 10,000 to more than 50,000 square feet. Current tenants include Reckitt Benckiser and Skanska USA.

“We’re thrilled to partner with the new owners on this exciting project, which is sure to redefine the Parsippany submarket and northern N.J. office market overall,” Drummond said.

“These owners have an incredible track record of delivering amenity-rich, modern campuses that revamp the suburban office by investing in the tenant experience.”
