Luxury condos to offer ‘Passive House’ energy efficiency

Bijou Properties announced it will begin sales at its “Passive House” luxury condominium project in Hoboken, dubbed Candela Lofts, this summer.

The seven-story uptown property offers 10 residences in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations at 1024 Adams St.

The property, designed by Nastasi Architects, has been developed to achieve LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, Bijou added.

Hudson Place Realty will handle sales.
