Roseland begins leasing The Metropolitan Lofts in downtown Morristown

Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corp., has begun leasing at The Metropolitan Lofts, a new apartment building in downtown Morristown, it announced Friday.

Metropolitan Lofts, developed by Roseland in partnership with Woodmont Properties, is comprised of 59 one- and two-bedroom apartments. It’s located in the heart of Morristown with close access to shops, entertainment, dining and the Morristown Station.

“Metropolitan Lofts brings a new dynamic to one of New Jersey’s most desirable downtowns,” said Michael J. DeMarco, CEO of Mack-Cali. “Few places in the New York metropolitan area compare to Morristown when it comes to offering a vibrant downtown with train access to New York City, and Metropolitan Lofts meets the area’s strong demand for luxury living.”

The loft is located at 11 DeHart St. and offers residents access to a fitness center, yoga room, a golf simulator, wi-fi throughout all common areas, package lockers, bike storage and controlled access entry.

The apartments range in size from 679 to 1,203 square feet and are fully updated with high ceilings, ENERGY STAR appliances, wood floors, walk-in closets, a washer and dryer, LED lighting and more.

The apartments range in price from $2,650 to $4,925, according to the Metropolitan Lofts website.
