Sotheby’s International expands presence in Mexico

Madison-based Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced it is expanding its presence in Mexico by forming Mexico Sotheby’s International Realty.

The new brand will be located in Mexico City and will serve luxury residential real estate markets in the metropolitan area as well as PueblaValle de Bravo and Malinalco in Estado de Mexico; and Cuernavaca and Tepoztlán in Morelos.

The firm is owned and operated by Carlos Gonzales.

With this addition, Sotheby’s International Realty now has nine independently owned and operated offices throughout Mexico, more than 22,000 affiliated sales associates and 950 offices in 70 countries.
