Colliers International Group Inc. has been chosen to sell the Shoppes at Foxmoor, a retail center in Robbinsville, the firm announced recently.

The Shoppes at Foxmoor, at 1095 Washington Blvd., includes 125,295 square feet of retail space. Colliers is working with online auction site Ten-X.com, with the property auction scheduled for July 30 through Aug. 1.

The Colliers NJ investment sales team is led by Jacklene Chesler and also includes Patrick Norris, Matthew Brown and Angelo Vitale, all working out of Parisppany. They are working on behalf of a special servicer client.

“The Shoppes at Foxmoor offers an attractive value-add investment opportunity to purchase a well-located, neighborhood retail asset at below replacement cost,” Chesler said in a prepared statement. “The 19-acre property is 41 percent occupied and offers tremendous upside, which can be achieved through investment in capital upgrades and implementing an aggressive lease-up plan.”
