Phone.com Inc., a cloud communications and business phone services for small businesses, has relocated its headquarters to the newly-renovated historic Hahne & Co. building in downtown Newark, it announced Wednesday.

The company said it is anchoring the new Launch Pad co-working office at the building. Launch Pad, founded by Chris Schulz, also has offices in New Orleans and Nashville.

“Phone.com first set up shop in Newark five years ago and we are extremely excited to celebrate our continued growth by moving to this great location with so many inspiring entrepreneurs and the rejuvenating of downtown Newark all happening around us,” Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban said.

Phone.com also has offices in San Diego and New York City serving about 30,000 small business customers.
