Diversified Realty Advisors held a ribbon-cutting for its newest luxury rental community, Summit Court, recently, featuring remarks from company and local officials.

The developer said the 130-unit apartment community at 1776 Patriot Way in Union features one- and two-bedroom layouts with amenities including gourmet-inspired kitchens, garages, a club room and more.

“We are so excited to welcome the community to Summit Court,” Thomas Paranzine, leasing consultant with Diversified Realty Advisors, said in a prepared statement. “These luxury apartments are designed for today’s savvy renter who wants to enjoy upscale living with premiere onsite amenities just outside Manhattan.”

The event featured Diversified’s Nick Minoia, as well as Union Mayor Suzette Cavadas and Committeeman Joe Florio.
