Promotion Optimization Institute picks chief commercial officer

The Promotion Optimization Institute, a Wyckoff-based resource for trade marketing and merchandising executives, announced Monday it has named Pam Brown its new chief commercial officer.

In this role, Brown will be responsible for creating and executing POI membership strategy, research, advisory practices and improve manufacturer and retailer relationships. She will also oversee the global trade association’s thought leadership and best practices advisory service.

Brown has served on the POI board since 2011.
