Levin to be managing agent for Kearny retail center

North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corp. has been named the exclusive managing agent for a Class A retail center in Kearny, it announced recently.

Levin was chosen by the new ownership of Kearny Square, a 138,895-square-foot center anchored by BJ’s Wholesale Club.

“Situated in a rapidly growing Hudson County marketplace, Kearny Square is a fully leased shopping center with a fantastic tenant mix,” Levin Executive Vice President Robert Carson said in a prepared statement. “This is a recently introduced, highly attractive property. We look forward to utilizing our expertise in all aspects of property operations to position Kearny Square for long-term success under its new ownership.”

The property opened in 2016 and includes a number of fast-casual eateries among its tenants, Levin said.
