Cross Country Infrastructure Services acquires equipment rental company Rain2Day

Edison-based Cross Country Infrastructure Services Inc., an equipment and supplies provider to the construction industry, has acquired Rain2Day Inc., it announced Tuesday.

Rain2Day is a rental provider of pumps and tanks primarily for the Las Vegas and Nevada area.

Cross Country said the acquisition of Rain2Day has allowed it to grow its footprint in the Western United States market.

The acquisition is an important strategic initiative as we continue to grow our North American capabilities by expanding our reach in the Western region. Also, the addition of this outstanding operation will enable us to serve an important market with quality equipment and an experienced staff. Financial terms were not disclosed.
