mem property management, a Ridgefield Park-based property management company, announced it has hired Duke Davis as its new property manager for its Marlton-based office.

Davis, who has more than 20 years of property management experience, was previously a senior property manager and senior project manager with a large firm in South Jersey.

“Duke is ideally qualified to serve the residents of our residential properties in South Jersey with a level of personalized service based on years of experience in the New Jersey residential real estate market,” Martin H. Laderman, founder and CEO of mem property management, said. “We are very excited to have Duke join our outstanding team as a new property manager.”

Davis will be responsible for day-to-day operations on a number of properties in South Jersey. He will also manage maintenance staff and contractors, property repairs and owner and board relations.

“I have over two decades of experience in strengthening owner relations, improving the safety and appearance of properties, overseeing contract negotiations and vendor activity with an excellent understanding of leasing principles, accounting analysis, and management functions,” Davis said. “I am very excited to work with residents and board members and join the leading property management company in New Jersey.
