CBRE inks EVP to serve Pa. region

CBRE announced Monday it has named Ken Bleznak its new executive vice president, serving out of the firm’s Radnor, Pennsylvania office.

In this new role, Bleznak will focus on tenant representation and consulting services both nationally and in the Philadelphia market.

“Known for his deep understanding of retail real estate, retailer’s business imperatives and how best to navigate these disruptive times, Ken will undoubtedly enhance our retail services platform throughout the greater Philadelphia region and across the country,” Adam Mullen, market leader, CBRE, said. “CBRE continues to aggressively invest in and grow our retail practice in Philadelphia, and Ken’s proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients only further proves that commitment.”

Prior to CBRE, Bleznak founded Atlantic Real Estate Group, serving as its president since 2002. Before launching Atlantic, he worked at several large firms including Jackson-Cross, Metro Commercial and Colliers International.

“I have been very fortunate to have worked with many of the top tenants, developers and brokers in our industry,” Bleznak said. “I have learned so much about our business and how best to serve my clients as an advocate and adviser. CBRE offers me the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge on a much larger scale. The quality of their team and best in class resources will allow me to assist my current and future clients at the highest possible level.”
