Luxury home community in Hackettstown to host model grand opening

Kaplan Companies announced Monday its luxury home community Woodfield at Mount Olive will host a model grand opening ceremony this weekend.

The ceremony, taking place at 103 Sowers Drive in Hackettstown on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., will include a tour of its fully-furnished Asbury home design as well as three other homes.

“Woodfield at Mount Olive offers luxury single-family homes in the heart of Mount Olive priced from the upper $300s,” Jason Kaplan, president of Kaplan Companies, said. “This desirable Morris County location offers residents a selection of versatile floorplans featuring three-bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, up to 1,695 square feet of living space and attached one- and two-car garages.”

The property boasts other amenities including, kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops; full-sized washer/dryers; hardwood floors and Berber carpets; ceramic tiles in the bathrooms; and finished basements.

“As an added benefit, our beautifully landscaped grounds offer fun for the family with our resort style pool, baseball field, basketball court and playground,” Kaplan said.

Woodfield at Mount Olive is within close access to routes 46 and 206, and Interstate 80.
