APTIM renewed 14,464 square feet at 500 Horizon Drive in the Horizon Center, Denholtz said.
APTIM, based in The Woodlands, Texas, is a facilities management company. Working out of its new space in Hamilton, APTIM’s Facilities Mangaement division will provide its service to power generation stations, refineries, military bases and more.
The 246,284-square-foot Horizon Center, which was acquired from Mack-Cali by Denholtz in 2018, is comprised of five office/flex buildings and two development sites. It is within close access to Princeton, the New Jersey Turnpike, and routes 1 and 130.
“Our acquisition of Horizon Center was motivated by the simple fact that although every business differs, their need for well-located spaces remains the same,” Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Our latest renewal with APTIM highlights the continued high demand for space at the Horizon Center and our consistent ability to retain tenants across our portfolio in a wide range of asset types.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
