ERG names new CEO, chairman of the board

Evolution Research Group LLC, a clinical research site based in New Providence, announced Tuesday it has a new CEO.

Davide Molho, ERG said, has been named CEO and president, taking over the role from Lori Thievon Wright, who’s held the position for the past five years.

Thievon Wright, who is a co-founder, will transition to chairman of the board and remain an active board member.

Molho, who has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry, most recently served as president and chief operating officer at Charles River Laboratories.

“ERG’s customer-centric culture, extreme focus on quality and science, exceptional patient care, and high rate of employee engagement convinced me this is the right opportunity in which I can contribute to the success of clients developing new life saving drugs,” Molho said.

“ERG has a solid foundation and tremendous ability to identify precisely the right patients for trials. I look forward to deepening this capability within existing therapeutic areas, expanding into new areas, and focusing on strategic growth.”
