CherryRoad Technologies acquires Superb Internet

Morris Plains-based CherryRoad Technologies Inc., an integrator of enterprise software and digital technology solutions, announced Monday it has acquired Superb Internet Corp., a provider of cloud hosting and Infrastructure-as-a-Service services.

Superb, founded in 1996, operates within multiple data centers and offers and array of IaaS hosting solutions, including cloud hosting, dedicated servers, shared hosting, domain registration, co-location, and more.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
