6 N.J. companies land on Inc.’s Best Places to Work list

Six New Jersey companies earned a spot on Inc. magazine’s ‘The 346 Best Places to Work in 2019’ list.

Inc. asked 139,251 employees from nearly 2,000 companies of all sizes and industries around the country to rate their workplaces in a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.

Company’s were selected based on topics like trust management effectiveness, perks like paternity leave and unlimited vacation, and confidence in the future. Inc. then gathered, analyzed and audited the data.

These are the winners from New Jersey:

“As a company that is growing as fast as we are, we’re especially delighted that our level of team engagement, collaborative spirit, and team first approach to work has been recognized”, Hello Products CEO Lauri Kien Kotcher said. “We like to say we’re making personal care more personal, which also translates to how we work together as a team everyday.”

This year, Inc. said, 74.2% of the surveyed employees were engaged by their work, compared to last year’s 72.1%.
