NAI Hanson inks lease for antique retailer in Hampton

NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced Wednesday it has negotiated the sale of a retail building in Hampton.

The 6,000-square-foot building is located at 10 Route 94.

Joe Vindigni of NAI Hanson represented both the seller, Nadine Barbagallo, and the buyer, William Martin and Barbara Martin, in the deal.

The property, which has been recently upgraded, features parking for up to 22 cars, an overhead door, 10-foot ceilings, multiple rooms and open areas, and more.

Specializing in home furnishings, decor and local artisan goods, Barb’s Treasures is an independent retailer that was in need of a larger retail space, NAI Hanson said.

“As commercial real estate transactions become increasingly complicated, more buyers and sellers are recognizing the benefits of engaging a broker in their transactions to ensure each party is equally represented and their unique needs are met,” Vindigni said. “Our decades of experience allow us to work with both retail buyers and sellers to close deals on a wide range of property types in a variety of markets.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.
