The two leases at 3 Mountainview Road were brokered by NKF’s Jamie Drummond, senior managing director; and Andrew Perrotti and Dan Reider, associate directors; in conjunction with Justin Gingeleskie, director of leasing at KRE Group.

There are only three remaining availabilities (12,823 square feet, 7,737 square feet and 2,898 square feet), all located on the first floor.
