NAI Mertz represents Grimley Financial in Cherry Hill office lease

NAI Mertz, a commercial real estate firm based in Mount Laurel, announced recently it has closed on a 3,600-square-foot office lease on behalf of Grimley Financial in Cherry Hill.

The lease was within the Cherry Hill Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 1415 Route 70 East. The property was recently renovated with new elevators, an HVAC system, a lobby and a parking lot.

Markeim Chalmers Inc., a commercial realtor and appraiser, represented the building owner in the deal.

“My clients spent over two decades at their previous location in Haddonfield, and were looking for a new location as they prepare to hand the business down to the next generation of family,” Joe Riggs, senior vice president, NAI Mertz, said. “It was a pleasure to work with fantastic people and to help their business thrive in this newly renovated building in a highly popular location in Cherry Hill,” he added.

The property is within close access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 38.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
