Colliers to handle leasing at Weehawken office property

Colliers International Group Inc. will serve as the leasing agent for a 370,000-square-foot office building in Weehawken, the real estate services firm announced.

The Class A property at 1200 Harbor Blvd. has about 235,000 square feet available for lease in sizes ranging from less than 10,000 square feet to more than 150,000 square feet, the firm said in a news release. UBS Financial Services is the current anchor tenant and the property also includes the 350-room Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel.

A team including Ted Koltis, agency president; James Bailey and Michael Tesser, senior managing directors; and Richard Charkham, executive director, will lead leasing efforts.

“Being just steps away from the Weehawken Ferry Terminal, 1200 Harbor Blvd. offers a very unique combination of impressive waterfront views and immediate access to Manhattan,” Bailey said in a prepared statement.

The property, owned by Hartz Mountain, is part of the Lincoln Harbor complex across from Hudson Yards and next to the Lincoln Tunnel entrance and Weehawken Ferry Terminal.
