International insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired a Flemington-based insurance agency.
Franklin-Case Agency’s L. Kipp Case, Anthony “Butch” Franklin and their associates will move from Flemington in Hunterdon County to Gallagher’s Whippany, Morris County, office.
Franklin-Case is a full-service property/casualty insurance agency offering commercial and personal coverage to clients throughout metropolitan New York and New Jersey.

The group will work under Daniel Tropp, head of Gallagher’s Mid-Atlantic retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
