The Gradus Group LLC, a photo, video and entertainment product company, has leased more than 76,000 square feet of industrial space in South Plainfield, according to real estate services firm Bussel Realty Corp.
Bussel, based in Edison, said The Gradus Group signed on for 76,640 square feet at 140 South Ave., a 119,935-square-foot property.
BRC’s Earl Lapides, Stephen Nozza and John Cascio, all senior vice presidents, represented building owner Teitelbaum Partners LP in the transaction, while Imperial Real Estate represented The Gradus Group.
“The Gradus Group will utilize 140 South Ave. for the warehouse and distribution of the photography, video, audio, computer, home and portable entertainment products it sells to customers throughout the region and country,” Lapides said in a prepared statement.
The building, which features 20-foot ceilings, is located directly off Exit 4 of Interstate 287.
