Sunrise Supply has relocated within Carlstadt, leasing 11,000 square feet of warehouse space on Commerce Road, according to building owner Key Properties.
Sunrise Supply, which provides products to the paper industry, will be a tenant in the 30,000-square-foot facility at 150 Commerce Road.
“The old real-estate adage ‘location, location, location’ rings true when it comes to New Jersey’s warehouse market,” Key Properties’ Jonathan Schlussel said in a prepared statement. “150 Commerce Road’s prime location and ease of access made it particularly attractive to Sunrise Supply, and we appreciate the opportunity to meet the company’s facility requirements.”
Team Resources’ Alan Frankel and Ron Schechter were the brokers representing the tenant in the transaction.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Key Properties, based in Teaneck, is a family-owned development, construction and management firm.
