Eye Care Leaders has acquired iMedicWare and will have the Freehold company’s founder head its technology solutions.
Arun Kapur has more than a decade in the ophthalmic software and technology industry. He has extensive eye care experience, customer-service focus and a strong record of proven results, Eye Care Leaders said in a release.

IMedicWare will provide the technology platform necessary for Eye Care Leaders to offer a comprehensive, fully integrated solution.

In addition, iMedicWare also makes possible for ECL to offer iMedicWare’s Ambulatory Surgery Center, which includes remote surgical scheduling, customizable consents, inventory management and other solutions for ophthalmic and multispecialty ambulatory surgery centers.
