Liquor store Cork N Bottle has leased 7,500 square feet at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly.
Andrew Kyriacou, senior leasing representative at North Plainfield’s Levin Management Corp., arranged the long-term lease at the 178,500-square-foot Burlington County retail property.
Robert Fumo, of Fumo Realty Co. in Cinnaminson, represented the tenant.
Fairground Plaza, on High Street (Route 541) at Woodpecker Lane, is anchored by an ACME supermarket and Staples.
“The presence of a supermarket and national retailers greatly enhances any retail center, and the fact that Fairground Plaza is anchored by busy ACME and Staples locations provided a big draw for Cork N Bottle’s ownership,” Kyriacou said.
Tenants also include Dollar Tree, Aaron’s Furniture, Virtua Express Urgent Care, Friendly’s, T-Mobile, Santander and Beneficial banks, and Advance Auto Parts. There are also local restaurants and service providers.
LMC currently is marketing space availabilities ranging from 1,800 to 6,900 square feet at Fairground Plaza.
