City Wide, a management company serving the building maintenance industry, has opened an office to serve commercial properties in north-central New Jersey, it announced Tuesday.
The company will serve business owners in Essex, Morris and Union counties, it said in a news release. The new office at 14 Ridgedale Ave., Suite 263, Cedar Knolls, is owned and operated by Arturo Araya, a Madison resident.
“Business owners and facility managers in metropolitan New Jersey have an increasing need for high-quality property management companies, and we’re thrilled to be able to fill that need,” he said in a prepared statement. “We are humbled by the opportunity to develop and grow our own City Wide office, provide our community with specialized services and work with independent contractors to achieve their goals.”
Araya’s background is civil engineering, and he has worked in the chemical and health care fields.
City Wide was founded in 1961 in the Kansas City area and has been franchising since 2001. It serves more than 50 U.S. regions.
