Real estate services firm Transwestern will be the exclusive leasing agent for the two-building office campus located at 170-180 Park Ave. in Florham Park, it announced recently.
The 370,000-square-foot campus is being repositioned, with an extensive capital improvement campaign, the firm said in a news release.
“Florham Park has experienced an infusion of new office, residential and hotel development, making it one of the most modern corporate locales in New Jersey,” Transwestern’s James Postell, partner and city leader, said in a prepared statement. “With an excellent location and hands-on ownership that is committed to reinvesting in the properties, the campus presents a unique leasing opportunity for companies that want to be part of the energetic and connected environment in Florham Park.”
Transwestern’s Postell; Matt McDonough, managing director; and Dan Ligorner, vice president, will handle the assignment, including the repositioning and marketing.
The property is next to The Green at Florham Park campus, and near both downtown Morristown and major interstate highways.
