Aircraft interior firm moving from Teterboro to Saddle Brook

An aircraft upholstery company is moving to Saddle Brook.

NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a lease for a 3,200-square-foot flex office building at 186 Saddle River Road.

Aircraft Interior Services, currently in Teterboro, will expand its space with the move to the two-story, freestanding building with 1,600 square feet of office space on each floor.

It will still stay close to the Teterboro Airport.

HRR Realty Associates LLC represented Aircraft Interior Services in the transaction.

“Few other commercial brokerage firms possess the deep market knowledge and strong relationships that NAI James E. Hanson has built over decades of operation in the Bergen County market,” said NAI Hanson Vice President Anthony Cassano, who represented the landlord.

“Working with both the landlord and lessee enabled us to negotiate a mutually beneficial deal on behalf of both parties that would enable the landlord to secure a growing tenant and allowed the tenant to continue their growth,” he said.
