Jersey City Urby, the residential tower developed by Roseland Residential Trust and Ironstate Development, has reached 95 percent leasing after eight months on the market, the partnership announced recently.
Urby, Jersey City’s tallest residential building, features 762 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences at 200 Greene St.
“As Urby nears full occupancy, we’re witnessing a significant milestone in the Jersey City waterfront’s continued evolution into a destination neighborhood,” said Michael DeMarco, CEO of Mack-Cali Realty Corp., Roseland’s parent. “The over 1,000 residents who’ve moved into the building are playing an important role in bringing to life the unique arts, dining and lifestyle scene that’s being cultivated at Harborside.”
Mack-Cali is developing the nearby Harborside cultural district along the waterfront. It includes residences, offices, retail and more.
Urby, designed by Dutch architects concrete, is a 713-foot-tall anchor for the Harborside complex.
Roseland is based in Parsippany, while Ironstate is based in Hoboken.
