A Red Bank boutique staffing company has been acquired by a private investor, Benjamin Ross Group announced.
Broad Waverly Staffing has handled administrative, accounting and manufacturing support positions for more than 33 years. It does both permanent placements and temporary staffing, serving clients in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
Benjamin Ross Group, located in Princeton, performed a valuation of the company, was engaged as a business broker to sell the business, identified a qualified candidate to purchase the business and secured Small Business Administration financing for the transaction.
The Benjamin Ross Group works with business owners who want to sell their businesses and routinely sells 95 percent of the businesses it represents, it said in a release. The national average is about 20 percent.
