Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. and Peapack-Gladstone Bank have announced a new appointment.
Christian Gaudioso will be senior vice president and senior credit underwriter at Bedminster-based Peapack-Gladstone Bank.
He is now part of the private banking team responsible for the structuring, underwriting and ongoing monitoring of commercial and industrial loans in the mid-upper middle market.
Gaudioso has 26 years of financial services experience.
He was previously senior underwriter, senior vice president, underwriting manager and director of credit policy at Capital One Bank. Before that, he was with Bank of New York in Paterson and was a senior underwriter at Bank of America.
