Sheldon Gross Realty got nine leases signed for Hillsborough’s Valley Park Corporate Park.
The tenants at the multibuilding corporate park on Route 206 include new leases and renewals.
Jonathan Glick, vice president at the West Orange firm, handled each of the transactions.
The deals added Parisi Barbell and DMI as new leases. Extending their leases were Hot Runner Technology Inc., Classic Hardware, Indipets Inc., Elitec Inc., The Athlete’s Choice, Affiliated Electronics and Jersey Central Power & Light.
“Valley Park Corporate Park is an ideal, central location for its tenants,” Glick said. “What’s also terrific is that the spaces are unique — so companies seeking a location can identify the exact space for their particular requirements.”
The park offers office, research, lab, industrial and warehouse spaces.
Valley Park Corporate Park currently has four available units, in sizes ranging from 1,800 square feet to 4,375 square feet, for a total of 11,880 square feet available space.
