Vitiello Communications Group has a new management team for its increased business communications services.
The North Brunswick company has expanded the roles of two leaders and named three directors responsible for customer experience, innovation and learning, and new accounts, respectively.
Jill Vitiello is the new CEO, responsible for VTLO’s strategy and top-line growth.
“VTLO’s management team will deliver modern, creative communications solutions that achieve successful outcomes for world-class companies,” Vitiello said.
Nadine Green has been named chief operating officer, with oversight for all agency operations.
“VTLO’s management team will provide increased efficiencies, greater innovation for our clients, and a superior customer experience,” Green said.
The three new directors will report to Green.
Kristen Erickson, director of customer delivery, is responsible for managing the delivery of long-term accounts, ensuring that all project teams are meeting business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. She joined VTLO in 2012, starting as an administrative assistant.
Carol Feinberg will direct innovation and learning, focusing on identifying and sharing consistent and innovative solutions that drive organizational performance and foster collective learning. She was a research scientist with Unilever before joining VTLO in 2006.
Brian S. Keefer will round out the new management team as director of new accounts. He will be responsible for growing the portfolio of new clients, from developing new product and service offerings to onboarding and leading new client engagements. He joined VTLO last year, and has experience in internal and external communications in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and health care.
