Parts Authority has signed a lease that will bring a warehouse to the building across the street from its Bergenfield storefront.
NAI James E. Hanson Vice President Anthony Cassano brokered the lease for 3,100 square feet of industrial space at 96 S. Washington Ave., which includes 8-foot ceilings.
Cassano also negotiated a lease for 2,200 square feet of retail space at the address earlier this year.
