Information technology solutions company Vedicsoft Solutions LLC announced the expansion of its product offerings with the acquisition of Savantis Group Inc.
Woodbridge’s Vedicsoft has technical experts and a portfolio of new products for onsite customer engagement in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
Savantis’ focus is on creating, delivering and supporting solutions centered on SAP, the world’s leading business software.
The new company will be called Savantis and will have extensive partnerships with SAP, Amazon, Qlik, Extreme Networks and more that will further increase its capability to deliver complete business solutions.
“Customers will benefit from an expanded portfolio of complementary offerings and our increased ability to deliver innovative solutions cost effectively,” said CEO Nick Sharma.
Former Savantis Group owner and CEO Allan Vanderheyden will lead the new Solutions Division.
“We are excited about our new capabilities to serve our customers better and continue to expand our innovative products that solve real problems,” he said.
Savantis employs more than 500 people and serves 230 customers in 40 states and multiple countries across five continents.
The business will initially focus on the hospitality, entertainment and retail markets, while also strengthening its manufacturing expertise, but plans to move into other industry verticals over time.
