Quest Diagnostics has completed its acquisition of Shiel Medical Laboratory from Fresenius Medical Care.
The Secaucus-based provider of diagnostic information services will now provide services previously offered by Shiel at Quest’s clinical lab in Teterboro.
Fresenius Medical Care’s dialysis-related laboratory services business, Spectra Labs, was not affected by the transaction.
