Relocation services firm moves to Jersey

Hackensack real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson has helped a relocation services company relocate to New Jersey.

Total Relocation Services LLC has bought a 20,095-square-foot industrial building at 17 Camptown Road in Irvington, after moving from Staten Island.

Total Relocation Services supports companies with a full range of move management, installation and commercial moving services. Their clients run the gamut from Fortune 500 companies to leading local businesses.

Barry Cohorsky represented Total Relocation.

“The Essex County industrial market continues to provide an attractive destination for businesses seeking to relocate to a more affordable, flexible and accessible location,” Cohorsky said. “This sustained demand has made finding space in the market a challenge that requires the guidance of an experienced commercial real estate broker to navigate. This deal is the latest example of how our team successfully leverages our experience and knowledge to work with firms to find space to allow for a relocation to New Jersey.”

Todd Smith, principal of the Acclaim Group, represented the seller.

The single-story warehouse with 22-foot ceilings was constructed in 1982. It includes two loading docks and one drive-in.

It is only minutes from Interstate 78, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, as well as routes 22 and 24.
