A 240,000-square-foot Woodcliff Lake office building sold for $28 million recently, according to real estate services firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P.
HFF said in a news release that Mack-Cali Realty Corp. sold the Class A property at 300 Tice Blvd. to BHN Associates Inc., in conjunction with Hudson Equities Inc.
The Bergen County property was built in 1991 and sits on 20 acres near several major state highways, including the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 80.
The three-story property is 65 percent leased to tenants including KPMG and Volkswagen.
The HFF team representing the Jersey City-based seller included Jose Cruz, senior managing director; Kevin O’Hearn, managing director; Michael Oliver and Stephen Simonelli, senior directors; and Marc Duval, director.
“Three Hundred Tice is the latest office building to trade out of the Mack-Cali portfolio,” Cruz said in a prepared statement. “We had great interest in the asset, given the quality and upside in the deal.”
