Delaware Freeport, a warehousing and distribution firm, has leased industrial space in Clifton, according to NAI James E. Hanson, which arranged the deal.
The real estate services firm’s Eric Demmers, Russell Verducci, Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, PFPM LLC, in the exclusive listing. Robin Ritter-Ceriello and Larry Casey of Cushman & Wakefield procured the tenant.
Delaware Freeport took 22,220 square feet of space in the 68,759-square-foot building.
“Smaller, well-located industrial spaces like this one, although not as flashy as the larger mega-warehouses proliferating around the state, continue to drive the leasing velocity of the northern New Jersey market,” Demmers said in a prepared statement. “Due to limited supply and heightened demand, a highly competitive leasing market has developed over the past several quarters for industrial space of all sizes.”
The company will house and distribute products to the New York metropolitan area from the facility, NAI Hanson said.
