Linden Motor Freight has sold its 32,000-square-foot-space in Edison to nursery furnishers Bivona and Co.
The deal for 21 Distribution Blvd. was confirmed by Jonathan Glick, executive vice president for Sheldon Gross Realty, who represented Bivona & Co.
Bivona & Co. plans to use the New Jersey Turnpike-adjacent warehouse location to supplement its main distribution facility, also in Edison.
