Real estate services firm Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday that CNC Warehousing has leased two industrial spaces in Hillside.
CNC Warehousing, according to BRC, leased 26,000 square feet at 487 Hillside Ave. and 17,500 square feet at 100 Hoffman Place. The building at 147 Hillside is 192,000 square feet in total and 100 Hoffman is comprised of 550,000 square feet. The pair are within close proximity to Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway.
Herb Zimmerman, senior vice president at BRC, represented CNC Warehousing and the owner for each property.
CNC Warehousing will use the space as a distribution center. The company has a location in Linden and is using the new spaces in Hillside to expand its business.
