Teligent Inc., based in Buena, has chosen Damian Finio as its new chief financial officer, effective Feb. 5.
Finio, currently CFO of Virtus Pharmaceuticals Inc., will succeed Jenniffer Collins.

Finio has been in the health care finance sector since beginning his career at KPMG in 1991. He has spent time at Daiichi Sankyo Pharma Development, West-Ward Pharmaceuticals and Heritage Pharmaceuticals Inc., before spending 14 years at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals.
“I’m very pleased that Damian has agreed to join Teligent as its CFO; he is a seasoned CFO with outstanding expertise in our health care business,” Grenfell-Gardner said.
