Archer & Greiner expands into NYC with acquisition

Archer & Greiner P.C. announced it has expanded its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Litigation Group with the addition of New York-based boutique law firm DiConza Traurig Kadish LLP.

“This strategic combination will significantly enhance Archer’s ability to serve its growing roster of business clients and its presence in the New York metropolitan market,” said Christopher R. DTK specializes in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy litigation, business law, general commercial litigation and asset sales and purchase in bankruptcy.

Under terms of the addition, Gerard DiConza will continue as managing partner of the New York office. The team also will continue to be based in New York at its office located at 630 Third Ave.
