Good Life Learning LLC, a tutoring center, has purchased a Moorestown property, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
WCRE said in a news release that Good Life Learning bought the 6,500-square-foot office/medical property at 702 E. Main St. from Victoria Properties Trust.
Chris Henderson, WCRE vice president and principal, exclusively represented both parties in the transaction.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
